One Nation Under God Pendant

Solid Hard Maple Approx. 2”x1.5”

One of the hardest pendants I’ve made so far and it’s worth it. I pour a lot of time into each one of these. The outline of the stripes and stars is first drawn and burned for depth. Then the process of painting begins after sealing the wood.
Each color is painted on and then the lines between the stripes is painted silver.
On the back it is written One Nation Under God.
It is then finished with multiple coats of high gloss lacquer and buffed between each coat. The luster and sheen you see in the photos looks better in person. :)
All of the jewelry parts are 305 Stainless Steel. The ball chain is 30”Stainless and the same kind and length used for dog tags.
